Alle beløb er i DKK.

Du kan aflyse deltagelse i et kursus op til 2 uger FØR kursets startdato - dog med et aflysningsgebyr på 250 kr (send en mail til support@arabisk-sprogcenter.dk).

Du kan skifte til et andet kursus op til 3 uger EFTER kursets startdato uden gebyr (hvis du befinder dig på et forkert niveau; send en mail til support@arabisk-sprogcenter.dk).

Kurser kan blive aflyst, hvis der ikke opnås minimum holdstørrelse, i så fald refunderes hele kursusbeløbet.

Evt. aflyste mødegange pga. sygdom gennemføres enten i forlængelse af kursets planlagte forløb eller med erstatningstimer indenfor det planlagte forløb.

Ved månedlig betaling af kursusbeløbet er der en måneds opsigelsesvarsel.

Ved månedlig betaling skal regninger være tilmeldt Nets (PBS). Hvis du ikke melder til Nets (PBS), vil der være et administrationsgebyr på 50 kr. pr. faktura.

Vi er overbevist om at en lille holdstørrelse øger læringsudbytte hos kursisten. Derfor begrænser vi vores hold til max. 12 kursister. Hvis der er færre end 5 kursister tilmeldt holdet, så forkorter vi holdet fra 10 til 8 uger fordi vores erfaring er at intensiv smågruppeundervisning (3-4 kursister) faciliterer hurtigere læring af undervisningsmaterialet. Det er dog ikke muligt at afholde kurset med færre end 3 kursister og i dette tilfælde aflyser vi holdet og refunderer kursusgebyret.

Privatundervsining skal aflyses mindst 24 timer før undervisningen. Ved aflysning mindre end 24 timer før faktureres timerne.

You can cancel your course participation until 2 weeks before course start  - a cancelation fee of DKK 250,- is applied (please send an e-mail to support@arabisk-sprogcenter.dk).

You can change to a different course until 3 weeks after course start without any fees applying (in case you find yourself in the wrong course level by sending an e-mail to support@arabisk-sprogcenter.dk).

Courses canceled due to the course not reaching the minimum participant number will be reimbursed in full.

Instruction canceled due to sickness of the instructor, etc. will be made up with a replacement or an additional session after the course ends.

In case of monthly payments, there is one month noctice to resign from the course.

In case of monthly payments, invoices need to be registered with nets (PBS). In case this is not done an administration fee of DKK 50,- will be charged per invoice.

We are convinced that small course groups increase the learning outcome for our students and therefore limit course group size to max. 12 students. In case of there being less than 5 students signed up for a class, we shorten the course from 10 to 8 weeks, because our experience is that intensive courses with a very small students number (3 or 4) increase learning speed and the course material can be covered in shorter time. It is however not possible to hold a course with less than 3 students and in this case we will cancel the class and refund the course fee.

Private instruction should be canceled at least 24h before the planned class, otherwise the teaching units will be charged.
